Norfolk Farm Grown Rapeseed Oil

As an extra virgin oil it is delicate enough for dressings and marinades, but unlike many other oils rapeseed oil has a very high burn point of around 240 degrees meaning it is also robust enough for frying and roasting.

It is not a bitter oil so is perfect for baking your cakes, bread and more.
